Mike D’Ambrosio: Team Leader
Mike D’Ambrosio is the General Manager of the Intero New Development division: acquisition, market research, entitlements, sales and marketing of new projects in Silicon Valley. For over six decades, his family has had deep roots in the Bay Area operating multiple restaurants, a manufacturing operation, and wine-making. He has over 3 decades of major mixed-use projects in the South Bay and a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Sacramento in Real Estate and Land Use
Pam Kliewer: Team Leader
For over 20 years, Pam has been an accomplished residential real estate professional specializing in new construction and master planned communities. As Vice President and Regional Sales Manager of The RynessCompany, Pam lead a team of over 50 sales professionals, 3,000 transactions and over $1 billion in sales revenue. Her involvement in new home communities includes a myriad of aspects from product development, DRE processing, marketing, merchandising, pricing analysis, sales and transaction management, all with a focus on maximizing value while minimizing risk. Pam was recognized as the Builder Industry Association’s Sales Manager of the Year for Northern California.
A lifelong passion for overcoming obstacles is the secret behind Tobin’s energy. Couple that with work skills centered on attention to detail, and you get someone who listen to your needs and make sure they are addressed. Tobin is a US Navy veteran who served from 1988 to 1992. He obtained a degree in Physical Education and Psychology with an emphasis on Adaptive Physical Education, assisting people to re-strengthen their bodies after injuries with physical therapy. Born in Los Gatos; a native to the area and happily married, he’s dedicated to providing his same level of caring and assistance to your real estate needs. Belinda has been consistently a top INTERO agent and she specializes in new development opportunity , office/R&D, retail and technology related facilities and an active listing agent in the Silicon Valley. Leveraging her high tech manufacturing and R&D facility selection and negotiation background, she has been able to provide added value to her clients by helping them with their strategic end to end planning and implementing those decisions. Belinda is also growing INTERO new residential & commercial new development footprint in the Silicon Valley.
Her strong negotiation skills, planning tools and diligent efforts to develop trust-based business relationships have provided a complete solution to clients who are seeking a diversified investment portfolio.
Belinda is also experienced in brokering international transactions, fluent in English, Mandarin, Taiwanese and Japanese.
Ravi Jagtiani has a business management degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship, Economics & Finance from Babson College, MA. His family has been in the hospitality and real estate business since 1968. While working for his family business, he project managed over 250,000 sqft of residential and mixed used projects and hotel development projects.
As a project manager he experienced himself on site acquisition, site improvements, land use, entitlements and the permit process. He was also appointed and served for a term of 5 years on the HOA board and part of the re-development committee of one of the largest co-operative housing societies in Asia comprising of 857 residential condominiums and 550 commercial establishments. He moved to the Bay Area in 2012 and obtained his real estate license as a Realtor with Intero Real Estate. In the Bay Area, on behalf of his clients, he’s worked closely with Architects and the city of Fremont and San Jose on a few residential and a hotel project. Being passionate about real estate in general, he gets his hands dirty in the finer details including site planning, entitlements, architecture and landscaping. He’s implemented successful marketing & sales strategies for maximizing ROI for his clients.
Ravi is also serving as a planning commissioner in the city of Foster City, CA. He therefore has an extensive background in real estate, uses for real estate, and how to work with the community to work on concepts of smart growth to balance land use availability with nature of our community and the environment.
Russ Paige is Senior Associate of the Intero New Development Division, which specializes in Acquisition, Sales, Market Research, Entitlements, and marketing of new projects in Silicon Valley. He is a third generation Californian, with three decades experience in real estate sales, land acquisition, land development, and marketing of commercial and residential developments in Northern California. Russ’s father was a land developer/Builder in the Bay Area. Growing up in that environment working with his father, you could say real estate development is in his blood.
Derek Overbey: Director of Marketing
Derek is Intero’s Vice President of Marketing and Technology and oversees all marketing and technology initiatives for Intero’s corporate operation. With more than 23 years of experience, he drives the programs and support of Intero’s franchise operation, as well as the company’s non-profit foundation. Prior to Intero, Derek was the Co-Founder of Yodata, a data management company that worked with several real estate industry leaders including Berkshire Hathaway HSF.
